Bed and Guide ways – Bed is made of close grained graded casting and heavily ribbed high rigidity. The hand scrapped scrapped V- Flat table guide ways lined with Turcite ‘B’ linear bearing material to prevent stick slip motion.

Wheel head – Spindle made of case hardened Special alloy steel is hardened and ground and runs in oil immeresed adjustable white metal bush bearing.

Workhead – Spindle made of case hardened Special alloy steel with MT3 spindle taper having facility of both live and dead centre grinding applications.

Tail Stock - Sleeve and quill hardened and ground having adjustable spring load pressure.

Infeed Systems – Comprises of hardened & ground feed screw for high positing accuracy & nut provided with backlash adjustment. Automatic feed at table reversal.

Internal Grinding Attachment (Optional) - It is hinged on wheelhead and driven by independent drive motor & can be quickly swing into grinding position.

Hydraulic and coolant unit – hydraulic P.P with DC solenoid valves & Coolant are housed outside the machine as a separate unit to facilitate easy maintenance.
